Brett Graham started his career in Newcastle in a seafood restaurant called Scratchley's. He then moved onto Sydney where he managed a 3 year stint under Head Chef Liam Tomlin at the highly acclaimed Banc restaurant. After winning the Josephine Pignolet Award he then went onto work in London under Philip Howard at The Square. From there he was given the chance to open The Ledbury. He won his first Michelin Star in his first year of opening and now Michelin have awarded him his second Star. Well Done Brett.
And well done to Alain Ducasse's restaurant at London's Dorchester Hotel being awarded a 3rd Michelin Star, one of only four restaurants in the UK to achieve such an accolade. And lets not forget poor old Gordon Ramsay, losing a Star at his restaurant at Claridge's hotel.
