Description:
We are a 60 Bedroomed top Boutique Hotel situated in central Melbourne and we are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our brigade of Chefs and take our Food & Beverage department into the next level.
We have multiple Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel including a casual 60 seater European Bistro, a 40 seater fine dining Modern Australian Restaurant, a Banqueting hall which can cater for upto 75 guests for sit down dinner and upto 200 for canapes, as well as our Room Service.
As Executive Chef you will be responsible for the management of the entire dining experience within our Hotel and leading a brigade of 14 Chefs. You will be responsible for maintaining health and safety regulations, cost control, wage cost and menu planning.
In return for your hard work you will have the full support of our Management and Human Resources Team, as well as possible further growth within our Hotel Group. An excellent salary and bonus scheme is in place for the right Candidate.
